when my food arrived my daughters fries were cold. (which was not a big deal because I know it is a Friday). It took about 3 minutes for them to get to me. I looked at the card and it didnвЂ™t state I had to go back to the same Sonic. I was so upset because this is the second time I tried to get a meal and could not. I explained that was not what I was told and she said she was sorry and walked away. 20 minutes later I called to speak with the manager myself she came out and told me that they could not accept the card for the purchase of my food because they didnвЂ™t create that mess I would have to go back to the Sonic that issued the card. At the window I gave the lady the card after 35 minutes of waiting they told me that the manager would come out and speak with me. and ordered my food and I told the lady on advance that I had this card from Sonic and asked if that was ok she stated yes. On 06-02-18 I went to the Sonic on Baseline Rd. I also explained that I only come to this Sonic on lunch and if I could use this card at the Sonic by my house he stated yes you can. He gave me a 20.00 gift card and apologized for the incident. He asked me to come after work so I did and returned the sandwich. I asked wash the lettuce washed before it was used? Anyway, I explained that I couldnвЂ™t come back because I my lunch hour was over. He kept repeating that they just got a fresh shipment of lettuce and he seemed to be surprised about the bug. I immediately called Sonic and spoke with the manager and explained what I had found. When I got back to work to eat my lunch I opened the sandwich and there was a bug on the lettuce between the sandwich and the tomato. On 06-27-18 I went to Sonic as usual and ordered a hamburger with fries and a drink. I donвЂќt plan to go back there, as there are 5 fast food restaurants in the area that give much better serviceД 6-27-18 Sonic -Rodney Parham, Little Rock, AR I usually go to Sonic every other day for lunch. This makes the entire franchise look unprofessional, and something should be done to look into this matter as it is obviously recurrent.

The customer should be priority, and obviously this is not the case for this location. I am complaining at this point, as I was shocked that she would not simply give me the drink and correct the charge. But this sonic is amazing in their ability to put in orders incorrectly. I own a medical clinic, and use sonic frequently for employees as well as open houses. This is the 3rd time that this sonic has made an error on my order. I told her there was an error, and instead of getting me the additional drink which would have taken less than a minute, she instructed me to go back through the drive through to get the other drink. I ordered 2 drinks, and when I got to the window was given one. I was at Sonic at the drive through window.

Does sonic charge for condiments
